Blue Valley Apartments is located in a newly developed residential area which a few short years ago was farm fields. In fact, right next door are the remnants of an old farmstead. The farm is gone but the old farmhouse (still occupied) provides a glimpse into the past. Blue Valley Apartments itself has been designed to house people with chronic mental illness. This 8 single-bedroom unit building eliminates much of the commotion of larger buildings, making it more homey and trouble-free for residents.

A privacy fence, well-maintained shrubbery and trees and a cement slab patio, fully equipped with all the needs for grilling out or just plain relaxing, highlight a large green campus on which Blue Valley Apartments sits.
